Hi, I’m Aadhila! I’m a Counselling Psychologist and Lecturer, and I’ve been teaching for around 7 years. I’ve taught Psychology at a university level as well as Cambridge and Edexcel Psychology at O/A Level.

I’m not really a fan of making students sit and memorise pages of notes. I prefer to explain things properly, use examples they can actually relate to, and have a conversation around the topic. For exam prep, we’ll also work through questions together and focus on how to actually apply what you know.

I try to keep my classes relaxed and comfortable. I’ll adjust the pace and approach depending on what works for you, whether you’re starting from scratch or just need a bit of help getting your grades up.
